Audible app not downloading
Audible App version 2.44.1 (Android) has resolved the "bluetooth auto-resume" issue that many have experienced. I didn't notice it until today (received the update January 3rd) but version 2.44.1 has re-added the "resume playback" option in player settings which lets you control whether or not the app auto-resumes when it connects to bluetooth. Another solution you can try is to get the Audible app, if you don't already have it, and download the files directly within the app. Audible's app uses its own player, not Apple's, for titles downloaded directly by the app, so you won't have this problem with long audiobooks.
